A project I've been working on for the last couple of weeks is assisting with collections management at the Grosvenor Museum. Working with outside conservator group Pure Conservation, the spirit collection at the GM are in need of treatment.
I have been reviewing the digital and paper catalogues, fixing corrections and adding new data so the collection is entirely up to date. Most (if not all) of our specimens were collected pre-1960s, some as early as the 1940s.
